Driven Systems (CDS) was founded in 1997 to provide quality and
engineering professionals with quality management software that is
second to none.
AutoDCP FMEA Software is the fastest method to create process flow
diagrams, FMEAs and Control Plans. AutoDCP creates
all documents as fully formatted Excel spreadsheets
ready for
submission to a customer. In addition, AutoDCP has analytical tools
that help manage and improve quality.
History
CDS began providing automotive suppliers with the first release of
AutoDCP in 1998.
Key milestones:
2000 - Version 4 introduces the AutoDCP Excel Report writer.
2001 - The AutoDCP command language is introduced.
2004 - Version 7 introduces the Honda PQCT and Toyota MQC.
2006 - Version 9 introduces the graphical user interface.
2006 - Version 10 offers Dynamic Sensitivity Analysis for all FMEAs in
the database.
2007 - Version 11 includes the Quality Dashboard.
2008 - Version 12 provides FMEA 4th Edition support.
2009 - Version 12.5 implements Flex FMEA and Continuous Improvement
tools.
2010 - Version 14 implements Risk Profiles.
2011 - Version 15 implements Auto Fill, Mass Create methods and
Enhanced Risk Dashboard.
2012 - Version 16 includes new Standardization tool and Finch Risk
Diagrams.
2013 - Version 17 offers Part Profiles and support for Office 2013.
2014 - Version 18 offers new Auto Size feature to support multiple
display settings.
2015 - Version 19 includes Nissan FMEA & Control Plan, Toyota
MQC Issue 5 Rev. F, and site-specific defaults.
2016 - Version 20 includes mass update for recommended
actions and a new Honda Table I report.
2017 - Version 21 includes new advanced mass update for control plans
and support for Office 2016.
2018 - Version 22 includes control plan profiles and support
for Windows 10.
2019 - Version 23 introduces characteristic profiles.
2020 - Version 24 includes the AIAG VDA FMEA format.
2021 - Version 25 includes enhanced risk analysis.
2022 - Version 26 includes new VDA FMEA format for linked projects and
enhanced improvement reporting.
