Flex
FMEA is
a new technology that combines the risks identified in multiple FMEAs
or studies to provide information from unstructured data. This
technology includes the extraction of risk information unstructured at
the beginning of the study (example: summary information for a team
member, department or customer), or information needed as the result of
unpredicted incidents
in a process (example: risk information for a given type of automation).
