One of the most common problem areas in TS audits are inconsistencies between FMEAs and Control Plans. It is easy to start working on a change in one document, get interrupted and forget to change the other. This is often the most important problem our customers are trying to solve.

AutoDCP Solves This Problem

Header, Process and Characteristic information is integrated and automatically flows to the all four Process Flow Diagrams, ten different FMEA formats, standard Control Plan, Honda PQCT, and Toyota MQC. If any of this information is changed within AutoDCP, the change is automatically made to all affected documents within the project. The table below indicates the integration for each category of documents.

AutoDCP Also Links Projects

AutoDCP also includes linking of projects or selected operations from projects into one overall composite project. This is useful for combining purchased parts, different components, or generic operations with part specific information. These types of links are automatically updated in the master project when the underlying data is changed. Below is an example with the different linked projects shaded different colors:
